How to Unlock Sure Bet
You can unlock the Sure Bet quest whenever you want by traveling to Gagarin and going to Gagarin Landing. Walk straight from the landing pad towards the city until you see a bar on the left. Speak to the bartender, Lizzy Ajello, and tell her you're looking for work.

Gagarin has had an influx of bigwigs from New Atlantis, and they only drink the fancy stuff. Lizzy Ajello wants you to secure a shipment of some premium liquor to serve her new clientele. To this end, she has sourced an abandoned ship with a good haul of liquor. Your job is to board the ship and grab the goods. Simple right?
Travel to the Derelict Vessel
You need to go to the Derelict Vessel floating in the orbit of Grossom, which is a moon of the planet Bondar in Alpha Centauri. Upon arrival, you'll find a couple of Crimson Fleet ships you'll have to fight off. It won't be a problem if you've invested a bit in shipbuilding and know how space combat works.
After you're done, you can dock the ship and enter. If you've joined the Crimson Fleet, neither the ships nor the pirates inside will be hostile toward you.

Collect Lizzy's Liquor
Here's where things get interesting. There are a bunch of Crimson Fleet pirates aboard the ship. However, the main issue is that the ship's gravity systems fluctuate, sending you from ordinary to zero gravity. Make sure to use your boost pack to navigate around conveniently.
Go upstairs and grab the Skill Magazine on the table in the first room. Proceed ahead and dispatch the two Crimson Fleet pirates in front of the safe. You now need to find a way to open the safe.
Make your way to the next corridor and the room after, taking care of three more Crimson Fleet Pirates.
You want to go up the stairs and go to the broken elevator on the left. The elevator might be broken, but there's a hatch in its ceiling that you can open.
Open up the hatch and wait for Zero Gravity. Float up two floors to make your way to the top floor. Go ahead and clear out the Crimson Fleet pirates up ahead. Now, you want to head into the room on your left down a flight of stairs. The other room has a couple of beds and spacesuits in the Crew Quarters.
Open the door for a shortcut and enter the controls room. Here, you want to wait for the power to turn off and boost pack your way through the wind turbines.
Make your way downstairs and into the vault control room. Unlock the vault from the start here. Now, you can return to the vault using the shortcut you unlocked before the turbines.
Make your way into the vault and float upwards when the gravity system turns off. Your rewards are waiting for you in the middle vault. Collect the liquor and maybe hack the door on the left with a Master Lock.
Return to Lizzy
Now, you can return to Lizzy in Gagarin and hand her the liquor. You can also try a persuasion check here to increase your rewards. This was supposed to be a simple collection run, not a run-in with the Crimson Fleet.
