If you've wanted to be an investigative reporter and bring light to the disparity between The Well and New Atlantis, then the Primary Sources quest might be what you want. Quests like 'Two Tales, Two Cities' show how many citizens treat those from The Well quite poorly. Help the SSNN provide some coverage of their daily struggles.
How to Start Primary Sources
To start the Primary Sources quest, you need to head over to the SSNN building in the Commercial District of New Atlantis. Head inside the building and speak to Nadia Muffaz at the main desk. Offer to help her start the quest with her current investigative effort in The Well.
Primary Sources Walkthrough
Speak to Nadia
Speak to Nadia Muffaz at the SSNN building in New Atlantis and ask her about the stories she's working on. Her boss canceled an investigative piece on business in The Well, and you can offer to lend a helping hand to her and conduct the interviews for her. She mentions she'll add you as a co-author when the news is broadcast.
Speak to Nurse Talia O'Shea at the Medbay
You can head down into The Well through two different Elevators in New Atlantis. The first is in the NAT station, right under the MAST building. Head to the large room to the side and interact with the elevator panel. Alternatively, you can head to the Spaceport and go to the elevator in the alley next to Jemison Mercantile.
Once you're in The Well, make your way to any of the interviewees. The order does not matter, and you can repeat the same dialogue with each. The first person we chose was Nurse Talia O'Shea at the Medbay. You can offer to help her out and unlock the Reliable Care quest. Pick up some Trauma and Med Packs while you're here and heal.

Speak to Theresa Mason at Kay's House
Next up, we have Theresa Mason, located at Kay's House. She'll tell you everything is going on the same as usual, which is pretty miserable at best. She'll be concerned about some suspicious individuals loitering near the UC Distributions. Offer to help her out and unlock the Suspicious Activities quest, where you stop a robbery before it even begins.
Speak to Henrik Zuran at Apex Electronics
Lastly, we have Henrik Zuran at Apex Electronics. Henrik is pretty secretive and doesn't take kindly to people poking their noses into his business. He won't give you anything valuable in terms of journalistic insight. However, you can talk to his partner and unlock A Shipment for Salinas quest.
Speak to Nadia
Once you interview all three business owners, you can return to Nadia Muffaz at SSNN and give her your reports. She'll be happy to hear your insights and tell you to look forward to the news broadcast.
