The Adoring Fan gets a total overhaul thanks to Starfield modder InquisitorOverhauls, who has made over 170 mods for Starfield.
The Inquisitor Juiced Adoring Fan Mod is only 2 KB, a fairly small file size that does something big for the infamous Adoring Fan.
Annoying as he can be, the Inquisitor Juiced Adoring Fan Mod now enhances the blonde companion by giving him more Rank 4 perks, such as Ballistics, Sharpshooting, Rifle Certification, and Marksmanship, making him a better overall companion.
In addition to these massive upgrades, the mod also updates the Adoring Fan to give the player five times more gifts than usual.

The mod has no load order requirement and is fairly easy to install. However, new players must remember that activating mods without the achievement-friendly tag will disable all Starfield achievements on Xbox.
