Accidents Happen Walkthrough
Talk to Imogene
After you finish the previous quest, 'Access Is Key', you have to talk to Imogene to get information on your next quest. A competitor has stepped out of line and stolen and slandered Ryujin Industries. Naturally, you're not going to take this lying down, so a plan is devised to cause an accident and ruin their public image. Nobody will be harmed... hopefully.
Go to Hopetown
The target is a HopeTech factory located in the appropriately named settlement of HopeTown. It's located on the planet Polvo in the Valo Star System.
Plant the ARC Device
Enter the factory and make your way to the production floor through the door behind the reception. You're not trespassing, so you can make your way ahead comfortably.
If you need help finding the way to the quest marker, there's no need to start doing boost pack parkour or to find some secret entrance from above. The entrance is to the side of the Starship, and you can easily walk up to it. Turn on your scanner if you're having trouble finding the path.
Climb the ladder and into the room where you have to plant the ARC device. Luckily, there's no lock, so you don't have to lockpick anything. However, you must place the device undetected, and some guards will patrol the area. You can wait till midnight or use the Stealth ability and place it when nobody is looking.
Report Back to Imogene
Once you've placed the device, head back to Ryujin Tower in Neon City and make your way to Imogene. Report how the mission went and conclude the quest.
