Making your first character in Starfield makes you want to go all out in combat and boost pack perks while adding skill points to ship build and spacefights.
While these perks and skills are helpful early on, some skills are usually skipped on by many players until they reach a certain new game plus. Starfield players now discuss which skills are skipped on by many but are the best skills and perks.

Some players mention the infamous Rejuvenation perk and Gymnastics perk. These perks allow for faster health regeneration during combat and provide the ability to jump higher and easily maneuver in space. Another often overlooked perk is the Astrophysics perk, which lets players scan far-away planets and moons, which is useful for earning XPs.

Commerce and neurostrikes come in next. These skills seem useless initially, but their benefits become better as the game progresses. Commerce lets players buy cheaper items and also allows them to sell items for a higher price. Neurostrikes enable players to deal massive non-lethal damage, making combat styles more versatile and flexible.
