After everything you've managed to do for the Eleos Retreat, you've been invited to a meeting with the founder and initial investor for the project. Meet the person who made it all possible and weigh in yourself to decide the future of this brand new settlement. You also get to collect some cool legendary gear in the quest Peacemaker.
How to Unlock the Peacemaker Quest?
You can unlock the Peacemaker quest by completing all three previous quests in the Eleos Retreat quest line.
- Dead Stop: Go to Eleos Retreat and find the missing worker, Kilman.
- Ghost Hunt: Find out who kidnapped Kilman and why.
- Exorcism: Deal with the Tracker's Alliance bounty hunters threatening the settlement.
The Exorcism quest will unlock the Peacemaker quest.
Peacemaker Walkthrough
Speak to Nevan
Head to Nevan's office and speak to him. He'll tell you that the primary benefactor funding the Eleos Retreat would like to discuss the recent events.
Head to Akila City
Make your way to Akila City on planet Akila in the Cheyenne system, where you're said to meet Eleos Retreat's primary donor.
Speak to Justin
Make your way to the marked location on the wall leading to a tower. You'll be stopped by Justin, the bodyguard, who will tell you to return later. Tell him you're here for a meeting, and he'll let you through.
Speak to Riesha Lance
Head upstairs and take a seat. Here, you'll meet the CEO of Laredo Firearms, Riesha Lance, and her assistant, Lily. Riesha will interview you about the recent events at Eleos Retreat and ask you for policy suggestions for the settlement. You can choose to leave a positive or negative review, which will impact the decisions she makes.
Get the Peacemaker Spacesuit and Weapon
Once you're done with the interview, she will reward you with a complete set of the Legendary Peacekeeper gear, including:
- Hauler’s Advanced Peacemaker Spacesuit (legendary).
- Advanced Peacemaker Balanced pack
- Advanced Peacemaker Space helmet
- Peacemaker (Epic Rifle)
The Peacemaker Spacesuit will always have the Peacemaker modifier, which gives rifles 15% more damage. It's one of the best spacesuit modifiers in Starfield.
