When you are not initiating dogfights with space pirates, hunting down Terrormorphs, or engaging in any other space shenanigans, the best thing to do in Starfield is create your own outpost haven.
Outposts are mainly used for extracting resources from a moon or planet’s surface. They require resource and crew management and, of course, a little bit of creativity.
Some Starfield players take this outpost creativity to the next level, like Reddit user u/TheBadTofu, who created their very own deluxe beach resort out of their outpost buildings in Huygens IV.
This magnificent architecture features a beachfront, nightclub, private cabanas, and rooftop bar.
One ingenious feature of this outpost is that they created a house using the Animal Husbandry Facility module. While animal spawning can pose an aesthetic problem to this beachfront bar, destroying the control box once you’ve opened the facility door will stop them from spawning.
The downside of using this facility module is that it lacks lights, so you have to place wall-mounted ones instead.

Decorating your own outpost like this is a great way to escape space pirates and multi-legged monsters in Starfield. However, with over 1,000 planets and moons, finding the right place to build your dream outpost can be a nightmare.
Once you’ve figured out what you want to see in your future celestial abode, building it becomes easier with the new customization features in Starfield’s latest update.
Whether you are a fan of peaceful extraterrestrial homesteading or prefer to demolish every pirate in the Starfield universe, there are many things left to do before Xbox’s Game Showcase next month.
