Neon City has many unique and interesting side quests for you to go through as you navigate its shady underworld. If you joined the Ebbside Strikers in the quest, The Audition, it's time to make a statement and launch a comeback for the gang. The Display of Power quest has you declare the return of the Ebbside Strikers to Neon City in style.

Speak to Hatchet
Hatchet is the vendor for the Ebbside strikers, and she'll give you a rundown on the tasks you need to perform. You can also purchase some gear from her if you'd like.
Hack the First Sign
The First Sign, a Sign Control Node, is near the Ryujin HQ entrance at Bayu Plaza in Neon City. "Hacking' just involves hitting the switch' You don't need to hit these signs in any particular order.

Hack the Second Sign
The second sign is located on the lower side of Neon City, and you'll trigger a Neon Security guard's appearance once you flip that switch. Persuade him or Bribe him to let you go.
Hack the Third Sign
The last sign is located on the rooftops of the Ebbside. You'll face three Disciple enemies on your way here. They're weak enemies, but if you wish to avoid killing them like a pacifist, use an EM weapon.

Speak to Briggs
Once you're done hitting all the signs, return to Briggs and report your progress. The gang gets excited about the upcoming showdown, and you get your objectives for the final Ebbside Strikers quest, Showdown. He'll also assign you an optional objective for the big showdown.
