The Elder Scrolls Online: Gold Road update is coming soon. It will be released on June 3 for PC/Mac and June 18 for Xbox and PlayStation. Set in the new region of West Weald, Gold Road offers a brand-new experience for new and veteran ESO gamers alike.

Players can get a head start and prep for their adventure in West Weald by pre-purchasing the expansion. Included in the pre-purchase is a Welkyndstone Ruins Wolf mount, along with many other exciting bonuses.

The following items are also included in the pre-purchase bonus, available to players at launch:

  • Eyebright Raven pet
  • Strid River Fisherfolk costume
  • Diamond Anniversary Crate
  • Gold Road Treasure Maps
  • Two Experience Scrolls (+100% for 1 hour each)

Make sure to pre-purchase in time, as these bonuses are only available until the Gold Road expansion launches in June.

A new feature called Scribing and a challenging Trial called the Lucent Citadel are some of the great things waiting for adventurers coming to West Weald. With over 4,000 unique skill combinations, Scribing allows players to customize their spells and skills, proving useful as they drive out the Mirrormoor Incursions plaguing the land.

The Lucent Citadel is a 12-player Trial that will test party synergies and teamwork. The Trial offers challenging boss fights and puzzles, all in the middle of a Daedric Vault focusing on the new Daedric Prince Ithelia.
