Community Creations Con, C3 for short, is a charity-driven and community-made virtual conference that showcases mods created for Bethesda games such as Fallout, The Elder Scrolls, and Starfield.

C3 features different modding teams and groups, each providing updates and announcements on their respective mod projects. During the C3 stream last August 17, the project lead for Skyblivion, Rebelzize, led the mod’s showcase, starting on the city of Bruma in The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion.

The team showcased several aspects of the mod, such as the UI, quests, fast travel mechanic, and loading screens. The city of Coral from Oblivion shown in the stream is now crafted using Skyrim’s engine and the NPCs. The player disposition mechanic for Skyblivion has not been properly implemented yet, but it will be fixed.

The city’s outskirts now have a lush forest, in contrast to the original Oblivion. Skyblivion’s combat looks exactly like Skyrim’s, with red dots showing in the UI as the player character approaches several enemies. Skills also level up as players use corresponding equipment and spells. A scenic view of the Oblivion open world, as well as several dungeons, was also shown.

Aside from a copy of Skyrim, Skyblivion will also require a legitimate copy of Oblivion. The Skyblivion mod uses the original game’s voice lines and will extract this data using the original Oblivion game.

A big part of the C3 stream also showcased several Tamriel provinces being developed under Beyond Skyrim, a collaboration between several modding teams working on different projects such as Morrowind, Atmora, and Cyrodil. Most of the areas shown in the stream are work in progress and may change without further notice.

However, each project in Beyond Skyrim appears to have substantial progress. Beyond Skyrim also offers modding lessons as well as opportunities to become part of these modding projects via their website.
