In many cases, the community is a large part of how MMOs thrive and survive. Since 2018, Fallout 76 has continued to be a haven for players who love adventuring in the post-apocalyptic wasteland.

From community services such as Buff N Brew to having 20 million players, Fallout 76ā€™s community is a breath of fresh air for those who seek a great gaming experience.

A Fallout 76 player recently shared their wholesome interactions with one of the more veteran players and how it restored their faith in humanity.

Originally posted on Reddit by user u/toni_rex, they shared that they have been going through a difficult phase in their personal life lately, and Fallout 76 became their comfort zone.

One thing that made them realize how wholesome the community is whenever they participate in a public event is that they see many players partying around, doing emotes everywhere.

There was even a time when a player with a level 1100 dropped so many items for them. They then asked what the most wholesome moments were in the community when playing Fallout 76.

One player shared that there was once a time when they were doing an Eviction Notice event and kept on dying.

Then suddenly, out of nowhere, a player with a level 700, fully equipped with T-65 armor, stood beside them and kept reviving them while helping them drive out the monsters. They shared that the moment felt like the scene in Terminator 3 where Arnold Schwarzenegger was carrying a coffin while firing his mini-gun.

Another player shared their experience as a level 3 character while starting the game. They mentioned that they met a high-level player fully equipped with power armor. Seeing a player fully geared like that for the first time, they dropped a couple of Nuka-Cola, a stim, and a couple of purified water.

The player with the full power armor proceeded to drop them a bunch of armor plans, weapons, and many other consumables and then quickly fast, even before they had the chance to thank them. This made them want to pay forward and help other newbies.

Fallout 76 has a fantastic community, and Todd Howard recently confirmed that the MMO will continue to receive full support as long as the studio can.

The upcoming Milepost Zero update will give players some missions that reward them with customizable houses similar to those in Skyrim.
