After five years in development, Team FOLON finally released the highly anticipated Fallout London. This mod overhauls Fallout 4 from the ground up with new quests, enemies, equipment, and items and sets the location to a post-apocalyptic version of London.
From local boroughs to iconic locations such as the London Eye, Fallout London is what every fan wanted from Fallout 4.
Now that the mod is receiving a positive reception from gamers and the press, Bethesda is silent about its success, and fans are not happy about it.
Originally posted on X by @TKsMantis, he shared his sentiments that Bethesda has not acknowledged the biggest fan-made Fallout mod, Fallout London. It is a fantastic mod, mixing elements from different Fallout games to deliver the best Fallout experience.
While some fellow fans also shared their thoughts on the X thread about Bethesda’s silence, some shared that Bethesda’s silence may be due to legal reasons and many other factors, such as the game studio's recent unionization.
Many others even mentioned that it wouldn’t be surprising if Bethesda publishes an official version of the mod in Creations Club as a paid mod.

With Starfield’s Shattered Space nearing its predicted release date and recent changes in the game’s SteamDB update logs, it is understandable that the studio is possibly busy turning its attention to something else entirely.
Nevertheless, Team FOLON did a fantastic job delivering quality fan-made content, even partnering with GOG for QA testing and release.
Fallout fans who have already played Fallout London think that it is what Fallout 4 should have been. While it is more difficult than vanilla Fallout 4, Fallout London has a unique charm and many British cultural references.
Fallout London is not perfect in itself, however. Team FOLON acknowledged the technical issue and will release a fix to enhance the gameplay for those experiencing various bugs and crashes.
