The mod changes almost everything, from quests to enemies and even combat. As a huge fan of Fallout 4, user u/KaotikJumper mentioned that Fallout London felt like the best modern Fallout game in the franchise.
They added that the mod keeps a nice pace of action during gameplay while adding a nice amount of immersion by letting player decisions impact certain outcomes.

Many players echo the same positive sentiment for the game. They share that when it comes to gameplay, Fallout London is way better than Fallout 4, with better writing, voice acting, and world-building.
Fallout London’s difficulty forced players to use all possible resources to survive in a post-apocalyptic London. Hoarding items may be the best RPG tactic, but every Fallout London player will have to wisely use in-game resources to survive.
While Fallout London is beautiful and fantastic for other players, this may not be true for some fans. Crashes and bugs still plague the mod, considering it was only released last week.
