With the Starborn abilities mechanic, Starfield changes how New Game Plus saves are played. Each time a player enters the Unity, their Starborn powers can be upgraded by visiting a temple related to the Starborn Powers they have.
This makes upgrading the Starborn Powers difficult, but with the new Starborn Perk tree mod, players can enjoy a much more rewarding version of Starfield’s Starborn Powers.
Created by verified mod author senter.pat, the Starborn Perk Tree mod is only 2 MB. This small but powerful mod overhauls Starborn Powers and gives them a wider use case inside and outside combat.
The mod also overhauls the Quantum Essence, making it more useful in different perks and scenarios. It now persists through New Game Plus saves. Aside from overhauling the Starborn skills with this perk tree, the mod also adds several new items, such as armor, helmets, and boost packs.

The Starborn Perk Tree mod does not require a load order. However, it adds a perk tree that can conflict with other mods that overhaul and customize other skills and perk trees.
Players can resolve this compatibility issue by reordering the load order or by adding or removing other existing mods that modify perks and skills.
In other Starfield news, a dedicated fan creates a design-accurate replica of the Tracker’s Alliance Helmet. From the LED flashlights atop the helmet to the enormous visor, the helmet looks like it was taken out of the screen from the game. This is not the only instance where Starfield players have shown great creativity.
A few of their created replicas in-game include Addichrone and Grendel replicas that are both design and color-accurate. With an upcoming patch, Starfield players still have plenty of time to tinker around and make the most of their gameplay.
Whether you plan to become the strongest Starborn or create your own in-game item replica, follow Starfield Portal to stay updated with the latest news and stories.
