Bethesda has always allowed its players to customize their gaming experience, whether through mods or by changing in-game options such as those on Starfield.

The game lets players change their options and survival settings, giving them a new experience whenever they amp up the difficulty. However, the limited choices in the game settings restrict players, and the Gameplay Options Extended mod just fixes that.

Created by verified mod author HappySlapp, the Gameplay Options Extended mod unlocks almost every setting in Starfield. From crafting costs to player speed, the mod lets players tweak their gameplay in every way they want. These changes will reflect how much experience they will gain throughout their playthrough.

Of course, these settings can still be changed anytime, and the experience gained will be updated as the changes are applied, which makes the mod more versatile in every scenario.

Want to run through a desert quickly? Easily toggle the Player Speed. Or do you want to quickly have more expensive crafting costs because you feel you have a surplus of resources? Make the crafting cost more expensive by swiftly changing the setting. The Gameplay Options Extended mod lets players tweak whatever they want, whenever they want.

The mod sits only at around 26 KB for Xbox and can be placed anywhere in the mod load order. While the mod is still in its early stages, HappySlapp mentioned that the upcoming updates will include tweaks to item rarity, ship speed, perk points gained per level, and many others.
