After thwarting the farm attack in the previous quest, it's time to investigate the matter of the stolen Hopetech ship. Join up with Nia Kalu and rescue her from space pirates before heading to a meeting with one of the most influential men in the Freestar Collective in the Where Hope is Built Quest.
Where Hope is Built Walkthrough
Report to Daniel Blake
Report your findings from the previous quest to Daniel Blake. He'll instruct you to go to Hopetown and meet with Ron Hope. He'll direct you to meet with Nia Kalu, who can set up a meeting with Ron Hope.
Head to Polvo
Head to the planet Polvo in the Valo Star System. Your goal is to rendezvous with Nia Kalu at Hopetown and meet up with Ron Hope.
Board Nia Kalu's Ship
You'll get a distress call from Nia Kalu. Her ship will be marked on your screen, and you'll have to manually get close to it and dock.
Talk to Nia Kalu
You'll find Nia Kalu injured near the pilot's seat. She'll ask you to help with some repairs for her ship.
Repair Nia Kalu's Ship
There are three different systems located near the ends of all three floors on the ship. They'll be marked on your map, so just walk up and interact with them. Once you've fixed up the ship, talk to Nia Kalu and get her gratitude. You can check the captain's locker for some free loot.
Head to Miatha and Destroy Enemy Ships
Nia Kalu will tell you that her assailants fled to the moon of Polvo, Miatha. Head there and be prepared for a dogfight with three enemy ships. They're fairly low-level vessels, so you shouldn't struggle here as long as you have any of the good beginner ships.
Land in Hopetown
With that detour done, you can now touchdown in Hopetown after a quick Contraband scan.
Talk to Nia Kalu at Hopetech
Head into the Hopetech HQ and meet up with Nia Kalu. She'll lead you to Ron Hope's office. She'll also tell you about Ron Hope's role and status in Hopetown and instruct you to behave with respect.
Talk to Ron Hope
Talking with Ron Hope doesn't provide you with much information besides him wanting the thieves punished discretely. His assistant, Cosette, will interrupt the meeting and inform you that the ship had made landfall in Neon.
Talk to Nia Kalu After the Meeting
The meeting will end, and your next task will be to head to Neon City and investigate this matter further. Talk to Nia Kalu, who will give you your next set of instructions. This will finish the Where Hope is Built Quest.
