The Bounty That Got Away has you helping a Trackers Alliance agent, where the agent asks to place down sensors on the top of the Mars Launch Pad Tower so she can track down a target.
How to Unlock The Bounty That Got Away
You can start The Bounty That Got Away by heading to Cydonia on Mars in the Sol System. Head inside and speak with the Trackers Alliance Agent, leaning against the wall on the left side of the entrance.
She will explain that she is stuck here in Cydonia because of a mistake she made at her last job, but she can use your help in placing a sensor on the Mar Launch Pad to help her track down her missing man.

The Bounty That Got Away Walkthrough
Place the Sensor
Fast travel to Mars Launchpad. Here, you have to climb the tower by parkouring your way through the various gaps and platforms. Once you reach your first vertical dead-end, hop off to the other side of the tower.
Now, it’s just a matter of climbing this secondary tower’s floors. Look for gaps in the ceiling and other platforms around each floor to make your way up steadily. If you have the Boost Pack Training Skill, it will make it a lot easier for you to climb it. We suggest going during the daytime to make spotting footholds easier.
After making your way to the top, place down the sensor; a quest marker on the junction box indicates its location. You need to cross the beam carefully as you do not want to fall off the edge. Once on the other side, hit your action button and plant the sensor. Now, if you want to, you can jump off the edge!
Return to the Tracker Agent
You can fast-travel back to Cydonia after placing down the sensors. Talk to the Tracker Agent, and she will hand over your rewards. Doing so will finish your quest.
