Charity of the Wolf is a quest located in Akila City where you help a local welfare and charity organization run by Amira Wolf. Help them out by hunting some Ashta and asking for donations.
How to Unlock Charity of the Wolf
To start the Charity of the Wolf quest, you need to speak to Amira Wolf and ask her about her work until you get the dialogue option to volunteer and help her. Donate some money and ask if there is any way you can help her out.
She is located in the alley known as The Stretch in a shack known as the Low House. To find her, enter Akila City, head left from The Rock, then left from Sinclair's Book Store, and down into the stretch. The Low House is the last one on the left before Honest Earl's Alien Extravaganza.

Talk to Amira Wolf
Speak to Amira Wolf and offer to help her out. She'll mention that a shipment of IntelliWheat they were expecting has been delayed. You might be acquainted with IntelliWheat if you played the quest, Beer Run.

Ask Sarah Filburn About the Wheat Shipment
Head to the other side of Akila City and enter the Filburn Residence. Speak to Sarah Filburn, who will complain about their investment in beer as usual and then mention that the shipment is delayed due to the farming equipment requiring a reboot. Their farm got attacked by some Ashta. You can volunteer to help out, and you can also pick up the Beer Run quest from her.
Reboot the Farming Equipment
Head outside the city towards the Filburn Agricultural farm. You can jetpack over the wall or take the southern gate.
While Sarah is adamant about how dangerous the Ashta are, they will be a trio of level 5 Ashta who pose little to no threat. Anyone who faced the Alpha Ashta in the Defensive Measures questline will have no issue. Interact with the computer ahead and reset it.

Report to Amira Wolf
Return to Amira Wolf and tell her you resolved the IntelliWheat shipment issue. She'll be thankful and tell you she has one more task for you. You need to gather donations from a bunch of people around Akila City.
Gather Donations
You get assigned three people to collect donations from.
- The first and nearest person of interest is Mayor Cartwright. You need to remind him gently, and he'll gladly send the donations. Unfortunately, he's not willing to increase his donations.
- The second closest target is Duncan Lynch from the Trade Authority, located inside the Akila City Trade Authority building. Unfortunately, there's no option to convince him, so you'll just have to leave with a no from this jerk.
- Lastly, we have Reisha Lance from Laredo Firearms, who will happily pay up. You can use some extra dialogue options here to encourage her to pay more.
Return to Amira Wolf
Return to Sarah Filburn and tell her you were successful. She'll let you know that the Filburns were thankful and issued a reward of 5000 Credits, a Ground Crew Spacesuit, and a Modified Razorback Pistol. She'll ask you one last favor and have you deliver some IntelliWheat to Simone Jansen.
Deliver IntelliWheat to Simone Jansen
Simone lives in The Stretch, a couple of houses back on the other side of the road. Speak to her and deliver her IntelliWheat to complete the Charity of the Wolf quest and get even more Credits.
