Only two months remain before the Elder Scrolls Online 10th anniversary event in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. As early as yesterday, however, Bethesda Gaming Studios has already released a tentative 2-day program for the opener, which will take place on April 5 and 6.
If you’re planning to participate in this very special event that opens up the year-long celebration of the Elder Scrolls Online’s first decade, here are the activities that are planned for April 5-6, according to the ESO official website:
DAY 1, April 5
- 10th-anniversary opening keynote focusing on ESO’s history and what’s in store for the future
- In-depth discussion of ESO’s history by the fireplace
- Preview of upcoming chapter Gold Road
- Voice actor panel
- Zone creation developer panel
- Live band performance
Day 2, April 6
- First-ever Elder Scrolls Online
- Cosplay contest
- Discussion on the links between ESO and the tabletop gaming community
- ESO trivia contest
Throughout the two-day celebration, you’ll also experience free-flowing food and drink, skill-based workshops including calligraphy and cosplay, and real-life axe-throwing lessons! For those interested in delving deep into the game, there will also be developer roundtable discussions during the event!

It’s a fun-filled year for fans of The Elder Scrolls Online. Aside from the year-long 10th-anniversary celebrations, there’s also the upcoming Update 41, which has been put up on the game’s Public Test Servers, and the DLC, Scions of Ithelia.
By June, Bethesda will also roll out the next chapter of the story, which is called 'Gold Road.' Players can also pre-order the chapter for exclusive freebies, including a pet.
