It’s roughly a week since its first trailer was unveiled during the Game Awards, but Marvel’s Blade shows no sign of stopping with the teases. We could call it striking while the iron is hot, and it gets the fandom going.
Sebastien Mitton, Arkane Lyon’s Art and Co-creative director, took to X to release three concept art pieces for the new game. Take a look at one of those images below.
The picture above shows Blade with his trademark sword slung across his back and a pistol in his left hand as he stands atop a building, watching Paris below. You could see two dead vampires at his feet while the iconic Eiffel Tower stands in the foreground.
Another image has Blade looking around the corner at a group of people gathering in front of a club, while the third and last image shows a group of vampires watching Blade on a TV screen.
Marvel’s Blade is an upcoming third-person action game being developed by Arkane Lyon and published by Bethesda Softworks. Aside from giving us a minute’s worth of footage, the trailer did not specify further details.
For example, the platform for Marvel’s Blade was not announced in the trailer, nor did Bethesda mention anything about Xbox/PC exclusivity. The lack of relevant information has led many players to believe it may also come to PlayStation besides PC/Windows and Xbox Series consoles.
In other news, Bethesda has announced a date for a 2-day event to kick off the 10th anniversary of its MMORPG, The Elder Scrolls Online. It will take place on April 5 and April 6 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
