Starfield has yet to recover from the immense loss of players over the past few months. However, some players, like this very dedicated modder on Reddit, continue to express appreciation or even contribute to the user experience of Bethesda’s newest open-world RPG.

We’ve all seen the sustained drops in player count that Starfield suffered since its release on September 6 last year. However, that doesn’t seem to discourage our dedicated modder on Reddit from building an impressive portfolio of mods for what is still Bethesda’s largest launch in the entirety of its career.

Redditor Inquisitor_Overhauls reveals the extent of his modding work for Starfield, which now spans 166 mods. The user said this portfolio took five months to build, so he started on his creations in December.

One noteworthy creation is his personalized boss characters in Starfield, of which he has created five. These are the Grylloba Matriarch, Samael, Mech Overlord, the Genghis Khan Army, and Pharaoh Ramses II.

He has also created the Ship Weapon Recharger Perk, a mod that allows you to continuously boost the recharge rate of your onboard weapons so that they become faster over time.

Last but not least, Inquisitor Overhauls is also the creator of the Inquisitor Atticus Armor. According to its page on Nexus Mods, the armor is a standalone set that can be crafted on the Industrial Workbench. It does not retexture any existing armor and has 4 Legendary perks instead of the usual 3.

Of course, Inquisitor Overhauls remains positive about Starfield's future, saying that it can only get better in the long run. This also means that we can expect more exciting mods from them in the following days and months!

The Creation Kit for Starfield remains Bethesda's only major update, which has not yet been attached to a release date. While Todd Howard himself said that the Shattered Space DLC will drop this fall, the only update to the Creation Kit is the confirmation of closed beta testing involving Verified Creators in the new Creations platform.
