Walter Stroud is a businessman and the co-owner of Stroud-Ecklund, which is one of the Settled Systems’ most successful starship manufacturers. Walter Stroud became Constellation’s biggest financial supporter in 2321.
He isn't interested in the artifacts or the exploration. He is primarily concerned with the money that might come along with these discoveries.
