Although everyone's beloved Skyrim Grandma won't be making a direct appearance in Starfield, Bethesda has paid homage to her by adding an explorer NPC named Grandma. She's a level 10 explorer who can be seen flying on her ship and checking in on the player. It's likely that she will sell merchandise for you to purchase.

Travelling through the Settled Systems aboard her spaceship.
