Many Starfield Creations Club mods overhaul huge gameplay mechanics such as shipbuilding, outposts, or general combat.

Many overlook the simple things, such as loading screens and the waiting and sleeping mechanic.

Fortunately, two mods elevate Starfield's waiting and sleeping mechanics for those who want a 100% immersive experience.

The first mod, the Sit And Wait Anywhere mod, adds several sitting poses that players can use while waiting anywhere in the Settled Systems. Another mod, the Personal Sleeping Bag mod, adds a portable sleeping bag that lets players sleep anywhere.

Both mods were made by verified mod author Aurelianis, who created the Choose Your Universe and Background Dialogue Unlocked mods.

The Sit And Wait Anywhere mod and Personal Sleeping Bag mod are relatively small mods, with a combined file size of less than 100 KB.

These mods do not need any load order requirement and are easy to install.

The Sit And Wait Anywhere mod adds a weapon called ā€œSit Anywhere,ā€ which can then be assigned to one of the easy-access Favorites slots to open the mod menu. It adds ten unique sitting poses, from kneeling and push-ups to dancing in place. The Personal Sleeping Bag mod is straightforward and adds a personal sleeping bag to the player inventory, allowing them to sleep virtually anywhere. The item is called "My Sleeping Bag" and has to be dropped to the ground for use. After resting, players can roll up the sleeping bag to return it to their inventory. Romantic companions will also use the sleeping bag, which adds more immersion for those who want to see more companion actions throughout their gameplay.

In case players forget to pick up the sleeping bag or lose the item one way or another, saving and reloading will add the sleeping bag back to the player inventory. While these mods revamp some easily overlooked mechanics in Starfield, they still offer fantastic immersion for players who love to explore Starfield.
