Two highly creative players in Bethesda’s online multiplayer prequel to the Fallout series, Fallout 76, brought their versions of Filly from the Prime Video show to the Appalachians.
The Fallout TV show has single-handedly brought Fallout 76 past the 1-million milestone in concurrent player count this week. It’s not surprising that there’s plenty of love for the Prime Video series, which has also been renewed for a second season, among the hordes of new players in the game.
We’re already seeing some of these players share their passion for the live-action series while playing the game. Check out this video collage by X user RifleGaming, which shows two camps that recreated the town of Filly from the show.
Filly is where Walton Goggins’ The Ghoul had an iconic shootout with the town’s residents after he tried to forcibly take Siggi Wilzig from Ma June, resulting in a scuffle with Lucy and Maximus, who was masquerading as Knight Titus at the time.
According to the tweet, the two versions of Filly in Fallout 76 were built by the players XxDeadhunterxX and Crooked60. RifleGaming, who knows these two builders, said they plan to roleplay the iconic shootout from the TV show in the future.
We look forward to seeing what RifleGaming cook up using the Fallout 76 versions of Filly.
Fallout 4 saw a significant increase in sales in Europe alone just one week after the Prime Video series premiered. According to GSD data, Fallout 4 made it to the No. 1 spot in their charts, with Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas, and Fallout 76 also securing spots in the Top 10.
Just in time, Bethesda released the free Fallout 4 next-gen update yesterday to all platforms, including PC. Unfortunately, the timing of the release resulted in the highly anticipated Fallout London mod being delayed again indefinitely to allow the team to address bugs.
Until next time, Wastelanders.
