The Elder Scrolls Online has opened the Gold Road chapter, which launches in June, for public testing. At the same time, it has launched a partnership with Mountain Dew to reward players for drinking refreshing drinks while playing ESO.
The Elder Scrolls Online is preparing to launch its newest chapter, Gold Road, in June. The developers have already uploaded the Public Testing version of the chapter into ESO’s test servers for everyone to try and leave feedback about.
The preview for the next base game patch, Update 42, has also been updated on ESO’s public test servers. All players are invited to participate in the public testing to see what is in store for them in the future and leave any review if there’s anything they want to see added to the update.
At the same time, Elder Scrolls Online has officially announced a partnership with Mountain Dew to promote the online live-service game based on Bethesda’s popular Elder Scrolls franchise.
Mountain Dew is giving away an exclusive ESO mount, the Karthwolf Charger mount, and a Gold Road experience scroll to lucky players in the North American region. Players must log in to Mountain Dew’s website and enter a code printed on specially marked beverage bottles to enter.
Players who cannot find the codes for the Karthwolf Charger mount and experience scroll can still win freebies from Xbox.
Elder Scrolls Online is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a two-day event in the Netherlands last month. In March, it also released the DLC Scions of Ithelia, which leads into Gold Road.
