You grew up worshiping the Great Serpent. Grav jumping provides a temporary boost to health and endurance, but health and endurance are lowered if you don't continue jumping regularly - like an addiction. (Can't be combined with any other religion trait.)

As of right now, there is no way to remove the Serpent's Embrace trait in Starfield. It is a permanent part of your character's build.

To apply Serpent's Embrace, simply choose it at the character creation screen. You can only choose one trait at character creation, so choose wisely!
