New Atlantis is the capital headquarters of the United Colonies and home to the United Colonies Vanguard and the UC Sysdef, two of the most powerful factions in Starfield. It's also home to the Lodge, which is the headquarters of the Constellation faction. You can also run into the Enlightened faction here, as well as the United Colonies branch faction MAST.
