What is Manipulation?
Manipulation skill is a tier 4 skill in the Social skill tree. The skill allows you to force NPCs to obey your commands for a limited time. The skill also has a percentage chance depending on your level and a limited duration.
You can also get the Tier 1 Manipulation skill through the quest Sabotage, which is part of the Ryujin Industries questline. Note that getting the skill through this method locks it at Tier 1 until you unlock it properly.
Ranks
It has four ranks.
- You can force a target NPC at or below your level to obey commands for a limited time.
- You can force a target NPC up to 10 levels higher than you to obey commands for a limited time.
- You can force a target NPC up to 20 levels higher than you to obey commands for a limited time.
- Manipulated targets now obey commands for a significant amount of time.
Challenges
- Successfully Manipulate 5 different people.
- Successfully Manipulate 25 different people.
- Successfully Manipulate 50 different people.
