What does Leadership do?

• Improves your companion's attributes and skills, making them a lot more useful.

What are the ranks for Leadership?

• Companions gain affinity 15% faster.
• Companions have 50 more health and 50kg more carrying capacity.
• Companions will occasionally heal you when you get low health.
• Doubles the bonuses of Combat and Physical Crew Skills Companions. Companions have a chance to pick themselves up from a downed state.

Leadership skill Challenges

• Spend a total of 8 Skill Points in the Social tree.
• Sprint 1000 meters with an active follower.
• Sprint 2500 meters with an active follower.
• Sprint 5000 meters with an active follower.

What build does Leadership work best with?

• Leader: This build focuses on using leadership to achieve goals. You'll need to invest heavily in Charisma and Intelligence for this build, as well as the Leadership, Speech, Diplomacy, and Negotiation skills.
• Pacifist: Depending on the kind of pacifist you are, it's not really violence if your companion is responsible for it. In this case, you're going to want them to perform at their full potential.
