A bulky Class C heavy fighter from Redditor TheBobTodd is featured in our Starfield Ship of the Week gallery.

Howdy, spacefarers! We hope youā€™ve had an exciting week so far because we certainly did, dealing with Microsoftā€™s sudden closure of three Bethesda studios, the cancellation of their ongoing game projects, and the community backlash that comes with that development.

Thatā€™s enough bad news for this article because today, weā€™ll show you a brand new ship for our weekly Ship of the Week selection. Our choice for today was picked off the Starfield Ships subReddit, which was built by user TheBobTodd.

Named ā€œThe Starship Eagle,ā€ this vessel is a heavy fighter armed with Missile and Particle weapons. The Missile launcher can inflict 656 points of damage, while the two Particle guns are capable of roughly 200 damage each.

The Starship Eagle has a Class C reactor, manned by a crew of 7, and can jump up to 30 light-years. It is protected by a Shield with 1216 hit points.

Despite these attributes and a value of 80943 credits, the creator, TheBobTodd, reveals that the ship is a Vanilla build. This means that they did not use any existing glitches or exploits in Starfield or install any mods to create The Starship Eagle.

These are not bad statistics at all for a Vanilla ship. Its squat silhouette also makes for interesting sunset photos, as seen in the last image of the Reddit threadā€™s gallery.

Shipbuilders can look forward to designing and decorating their ships' insides in Starfield as they see fit once Update 1.11.31 is released to all players on May 15.

A preview by YouTuber Morphologis shows that this new feature works the same as its counterpart in Outpost Building, except that installing a bare hab does not come with pre-packaged fixtures and furniture.
