Whatever game you play, modders are almost always responsible for introducing content or features that make your game much more convenient and enjoyable. The same is true for Starfield, Bethesda’s latest open-world exploration RPG.
One of the cool things you can do is board your spaceship, land somewhere on a planet, and disembark to explore. You can only do so in specific landing spots in cities and outposts.
What if you could call your ship wherever you are on a planet? That could help save you some time since there are no means of traveling around a planet outside of walking.
Yes, space RPG and all that, and you can only walk on planets. Of course, you could also download this mod and take your experience to the next level. What does it do? It allows you to call your ship anywhere, literally.

The modder even said that you can land even in cities and outposts, although you must consciously decide whether you want to devastate New Atlantis or Neon.
You need to find a suitable landing spot. Otherwise, you are going to experience clipping in the landing animation. As shown in the video above, you must also stand clear until the ship is ready to board.
The modder, however, did not indicate what happens if you do get in the way of your vessel inadvertently.
The modding community has been quite busy introducing mods for Starfield ever since the game came out in early access on September 1. Meanwhile, Starfield’s director Todd Howard said they’ll release official mod support in 2024.
