Zack Snyder’s Rebel Moon was one of the most anticipated movies on Netflix, and it is still on the list of top titles in the streaming service. As part of their marketing duties, the main cast of this sci-fi war movie got together with Xbox to play Starfield.
The cast played on a custom-made Jimmy Xbox Series X, which Microsoft is giving away to a lucky winner. As for the actors and actresses, it was a contest to see who could play the space combat part of Bethesda’s latest open-world RPG best.
Of all the cast, Ray Fisher was the calmest while dogfighting with enemy spaceships. Jena Malone commented on how “calm and collected” Ray is while on the controls, even able to make light conversation. Fisher answered, “You gotta stay calm under pressure.”
On the other hand, Charlie Hunnam, who plays the brooding pilot Kai, seems to be having trouble with the controls of the Frontier. Michael Huisman - Gunnar in the film - said that Charlie’s piloting makes for a lot happening at the controls but not on-screen.
Based on what everyone said later in the video, Hunnam seems to be the only one in the cast to have shot down an enemy spaceship.
Bethesda has yet to reveal how the Jimmy Xbox Series X giveaway will work. Still, the cast advised people to watch out for an announcement dropping anytime on any of the Xbox social media channels.
Rebel Moon - Part One: Child of Fire is still streaming on Netflix. Its direct sequel, Rebel Moon - Part Two: The Scargiver, will be released on April 19, 2024.
