Breaking the Bank is the fourth Crimson Fleet quest in Starfield. It involves an operation to gain access to the Galbank Archives from an executive on board the Siren of the Stars. Additionally, you have the optional side quest of stealing the Earth Savior Award for some extra Credits and XP. Let's look at how to go about this in Breaking the Bank.
Breaking the Bank Walkthrough
Board the Siren of the Stars
Go board the Siren of the Stars in the orbit of Aranae IV in the Aranae system.
Speak to Evgeny Rokov
Speak to Evgeny Rokox, a former Crimson Fleet member who can offer a lot of help in this mission in return for a good recommendation to Delgado.
How to Steal Earth Savior Award(Optional objectives)
Before you go about the main quest, you might want to steal the Earth Savior Award, as doing so nets you a lot of Credits.
Speak to Sheila Holbrooke(Optional)
Speak to Sheila Holbrooke, who will accidentally clue you in on the location of the ES Award.
Check the ES Award(Optional)
Head to the room where the ES Award is being stored. Unfortunately, you need Sheila Holbrooke's ID card for this.
Get Sheila Holbrooke's ID(Optional)
You can try persuading Sheila Holbrooke for her ID, but this is a difficult persuasion check with 7 bars in three turns.
Alternatively, you can mention this problem to Evgeny Rokov, who will give you leverage to convince Sheila Holbrooke to part with her ID easily.
Steal the ES Award(Optional)
Walk into the storage with the ID card and collect the ES Award.
Ask Society Patrons about Larry Dumbrosky
Head to the ballroom and ask various patrons about Larry Dumbrosky until someone clues you in about his relationship with Klaudia Swist.
Speak to Klaudia Swist
Head to the other section of the ship and speak to Klaudia Swist. You can persuade her by telling her the Crimson Fleet is after Larry or pay her 2500 Credits.
Alternatively, you can break into her room and grab the Love Letter from Larry on her bed as incriminating evidence.
Speak to Gabriel Vera
Speak to Gabrial Vera in the ballroom and try to confront him about Larry. He'll refuse and threaten to arrest you.
Speak to to Evgeny Rokov
Speak to Evgeny Rokov about this conundrum, and he'll suggest you cause an emergency so that you can meet Gabriel Vera one-on-one in his room.
Speak to Chief Engineer Sandin
Head to the engineering section of the ship and speak to Chief Engineer Sandin. You can pay him some Credits, use the leverage Rokov gave you, or use the Space Scoundrel trait.
Disable Life Support System
After Sandin heads outside, unlock the access to the Life Support Systems and pull the three levers inside to disable them. This will trigger an emergency alert across the ship.
Confront Gabriel Vera
Head to Gabriel Vera's room, which will now be unlocked during the emergency. Speak to him about the situation, and you can either attack him or pay him 2500 Credits for the evidence. We suggest paying him for the evidence, as doing otherwise would trigger the alarm.
Confront Larry Dumbrosky
Head to Larry Dumbrosky's room. You can kill him for his keycard, or you can now tell him everything you know and gain his Executive credentials without any violence.
Report to Evgeny Rokov
Report the completion of your tasks to Evgeny Rokov to complete all your objectives aboard the Siren of the Stars.
Head to Galbank
Go to the commercial district of New Atlantis on Jemison and head inside the elevator for the Galbank building.
Speak to Galbank Guard
Speak to the nervous Galbank Guard and show him your credentials to gain entry.
Defeat the Ecliptic Mercenary Ambush
Once you enter, a group of Ecliptic Mercenaries will be raiding the archives. You'll have to fight them off. Most of the fodder here is weak, but there's one particularly strong elite enemy among them.
Recover Information About Galbank Legacy
Interact with the terminal inside the Galbank Archives to get the last known location of the Galbank Legacy.
Speak to Delgado
Go to The Key and update Delgado with the information you've just learned.
Follow Naeva
Follow Naeva and hand over the ES Award if you went ahead and stole it. She'll be angry with you if you don't steal it. Doing so gives you 3000 Credits for completing the mission along with 150 XP and 14400 further Credits.

Head to the UC Vigilance and update Kibwe Ikande on the latest developments to complete the mission, Breaking the Bank.
