Fans think that the S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats for the Fallout Shelter versions of the Fallout live-action series characters need to be changed.
Bethesda has released the update for its management sim based on the Fallout franchise, Fallout Shelter, to add some of the characters from the live-action TV show on Prime Video. This update includes the official S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats for the new characters, which we laid out below.

However, fans think this data needs to be tweaked a bit to be more accurate.
For instance, Lucy should have a higher Charisma level than the five that Bethesda assigned her as a Legendary Dweller. The audacious daughter of Vault 33's Overseer should be rated Charisma 7 because the show has depicted her successfully using speech more often than the other show characters.
On the other hand, The Ghoul should have a flat 1 Charisma instead of the seven that the game assigned to him. It would’ve been more accurate had this stat been assigned to his alter-ego, Cooper Howard, and not The Ghoul, who wouldn’t hesitate to kill rather than persuade anybody to achieve his goals, as demonstrated in the Filly shootout.
Fallout Shelter has been around since 2015, launched just a few months before Fallout 4, which is finally getting an update for next-gen systems next week. The management game lets you control an entire Vault, which you must cultivate from scratch.
As Overseer, your tasks include building resource rooms, crafting stations, and facilities to increase S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats and spaces where Dwellers can work to increase their populations. You can manage a maximum of 250 productive Dwellers.
The game is free to play on all platforms, although you can purchase Vault-Tec Lunchboxes to receive rare and legendary loot and Dwellers.
