For players who love Star Wars as much as they love Starfield, here’s an NPC mod that will make the Settled Systems feel more like a galaxy far, far away.
Made by mod author radiclown, the Star Wars Aliens mod overhauls all of Starfield’s NPC into various alien species seen in Star Wars media.
From Twi’leks and Mon Calamari to Biths and Rodians, each available NPC in Starfield will be changed by this 691.52 MB mod, making every NPC interaction on various planets unique and interesting.
New Atlantis just feels like Alderaan or Coruscant with this mod. Planets with harsher atmospheres and NPC settlements will feel like those planets in Star Wars’ Outer Rim region.

The mod file size is considerably huge, so running this mod may run into issues if players have installed conflicting mods before installing this NPC overhaul.
Put the Star Wars Aliens mod up in the first spot in the load order to avoid conflicts with other mods. Further instructions are detailed on the mod’s page should players encounter errors or crashes. With this in mind, it is best to always activate massive mods like this on a fresh new game or a New Game Plus save.
